To help our customers optimize their strategy, goals, and people management practices, we've developed a Health Score. It's a simple score on a scale from 1 to 100 which indicates how well you're doing.
The Health Score has been carefully tested with our customers and has proven to be a meaningful, leading indicator for an organization's ability to realize its ambitions.
Where can I find my Health Score?
You can find your Health Score in the Engagement Dashboard.
What is a good Health Score?
0-40 | Poor π | Your program definitely needs improving. If you purchased a Coaching package, please contact your Coach asap. Together, you'll make a plan to get you on the right track again.
