It's well known that OKRs are often stretch goals. Rule of thumb says that you should add about 30% more to your targets in order to motivate people to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Because of this, it's believed that if you achieve 70% of an OKR, you've been successful.

We understand though, that it may be best for a goal to reach 100% in order for it to be considered achieved. For this reason, we've made it possible for you to choose whether or not you want your teams to work with stretch goals.

As a superadmin, you can easily configure this company-wide by following the next steps:

  1. Go to Configure
  2. In General, click on Features
  3.  Select or de-select the Stretch OKR option

What you choose will set the tone for your OKR program and how your company sets goals. It will also inform the data found in Insights to help you identify how many OKRs have been achieved.
