Enabling AI Assistant
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
To enable AI, go to Configure > Features.
Create Ultimate Goal with AI
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
Click on the Ultimate Goal.
Click the star icon to generate the Ultimate Goal and Description.
Click Save.
Create Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs and Initiatives with AI
Go to Home, Explore, Team page, or User page.
Click + Add goal (Home or Explore) or Team or User dropdown menu (Team page or User page).
Select Draft with AI.
Select Draft goals for: Company, Team, or Individual.
Select Goal type to draft: Strategic Pillars, KPIs, OKRs, or Initiatives.
If you've selected KPIs, OKRs, or Initiatives, choose what goal you'd like to align it to.
Add more information. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, click 'Draft goals with AI'.
When you're happy with the suggestions, click 'Import selected'.
Create Key Results and Initiatives for existing Objectives with AI
After adding an Objective, open it then:
Click + Add > Suggest using AI:
Fill out the Objective template and/or add more information about the Objective. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, click 'Create suggestions'.
To adjust the suggestions, simply send messages with your instructions or edit them directly.
If you only want to use the Key Results, you can exclude Initiatives by toggling off 'Include Initiatives'. When you're happy with the suggestions, click 'Use suggestions'.
AI to suggest Initiatives for Key Results
After adding a Key Result, click on its 3 dot menu > Add > Suggest Initiatives using AI:
Add more information about the Key Result. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, click 'Create suggestions'.
To adjust the suggestions, simply send messages with your instructions. You can also edit the suggestions directly. When you're happy with the suggestions, click 'Use suggestions'.
AI to import goals from text or CSV
Magic import allows you to import your goals that you've drafted elsewhere or exported from another tool.
Important notes
Each account has been allocated a number of credits per month based on your plan. Once you've exhausted your credits, you can purchase more.
Clicking 'Start over' will clear the history, so you'll start from scratch.
