Enabling AI Assistant

To enable AI Assistnt, go to Configure > Features.
Create Ultimate Goal with AI
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
In Strategy Map:
Click on the Ultimate Goal.
Click the star icon to generate the Ultimate Goal and Description.
Click Save.
Draft Strategies and Goals with AI
Click + Add goal (Home or Explore) or Team or User dropdown menu (Team page or User page).
Select Draft with AI.
Select Draft goals for: Company, Team, or Individual.
Select Goal type to draft: Strategic Pillars, KPIs, OKRs, or Initiatives.
If you've selected KPIs, OKRs, or Initiatives, choose what goal you'd like to align it to.
Add more information. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, choose the AI model and click 'Generate'.
Review the suggestions. You can edit the Timeframe, Team or Lead, or remove any suggestion with the trash can.
Select which suggestions you'd like to proceed with and click 'Import selected'.
Draft Key Results or Initiatives for Objectives with AI
After creating an Objective, open it then:
Click + Add > Suggest using AI:
Describe what you're aiming for. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, choose the AI model and click 'Generate'.
Review the suggestions. You can edit the Lead, or remove any suggestion with the trash can.
Select which suggestions you'd like to proceed with and click 'Import selected'.
Create Initiatives for Key Results with AI
After adding a Key Result, click on its 3 dot menu > Add > Suggest Initiatives using AI:
Describe what you're aiming for. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, choose the AI model and click 'Generate'.
Review the suggestions. You can edit the Lead, or remove any suggestion with the trash can.
Select which suggestions you'd like to proceed with and click 'Import selected'.
Draft progress update comments with AI
When submitting a progress update, you have the option to use AI to draft an update comment. Click 'Draft with AI' in the top right corner of the Comment field.
It will analyze the context, progress history, and sub-goals (if any). Then it will draft a brief update to explain what changed, why it changed, and possible next steps.
Important notes
Each account has been allocated a number of tokens per month based on your plan. Once you've exhausted your tokens, you can purchase more.
Clicking 'Start over' will clear the history, so you'll start from scratch.
