View your goals in many ways.

Explore combines a brand-new Cascades view with an upgraded Maps feature, unlocking new ways to visualize, track, and analyze your goals.

Explore allows you to view your goals with the following filters:

  • Goal name

  • Stage

  • Timeframe

  • Goal type

  • Owner (include sub-teams)

  • Lead

  • Status

  • Progress

  • Tags

All filters are multi-select.

You can also choose whether to always show the Strategic Pillars (Cascade only) and Ultimate Goal.

Cascades

We've already created these default Cascade views:

  • Active goals

  • Goals off track

Create a new Cascade view

  • + Add View.

  • Give it a Name.

  • View type: Cascade.

  • Apply desired filters.

  • Save changes.

IMPORTANT:

  • New views are private only to you by default. Only Superadmins can create public views.

  • Editing a filter of an existing view you've created will also give you the option to save the changes or create a new view too.

Sort by:

  • Name

  • Progress

  • Goal type

You can also choose to order by Ascending or Descending.

Add new goals to Cascade

Simply click on + Add goal at the top of the table and you'll see the available options.

Add new sub-goals from Cascade

Easily add aligned goals and immediately see where they fall within all of the organization's goals. Simply click on the + Add sub-goal next to the parent goal and you'll see the available options.

Update goals from Cascade

Simply click on the update icon next to the name of the goal you want to update.

Archive Strategic Pillars from Cascade

Click on the Strategic Pillar name and then click the 3 dot menu in the top right corner > Archive.

If a goal name is too long to see it fully, simply hover over the name and it will appear.

If you're unsure what the icon means, simply hover over it to see what goal type it is.

Customize and reorder columns in Cascade

Toggle on/off to add/remove a column. Drag and drop to reorder the columns.

When you hover over the column names, their borders will appear. Choose which one you want to change and simply drag right or left to make the column bigger or smaller.

Export data as a PDF, PPT or CSV

Click Export and then select which file type. The exported data will be based on your current view.

Maps

With the Maps view, you can see Objectives, Key Results, Initiatives and KPIs in one view.

We've already created these default Map views:

  • Strategy Map

  • KPI Tree

Important: Initiatives are hidden by default from the Strategy Map.

Create a new Maps view

You can easily create multiple Strategy maps:

  • + Add View.

  • Give it a Name.

  • View type: Map.

  • Apply desired filters.

  • Save changes.

IMPORTANT:

  • New views are private only to you by default. Only Superadmins can create public views.

  • Editing a filter of an existing view you've created will also give you the option to save the changes or create a new view too.

  • A Map is limited to 400 goals at a time. If you have more than 400 goals, add another filter.

View more goal information

Click on the goal's name to open the modal to see more details.

Add new goals to the Map

Simply click on + Add goal at the top of the Map and you'll see the available options.

Easily add aligned goals and immediately see where they fall within all of the organization's goals. Simply click on the + underneath the parent goal and you'll see the available options.

Update goals from the Map

Simply click on 'Update' above the goal to update progress.

Archive Strategic Pillars from the Map

Click on the Strategic Pillar and then click the 3 dot menu in the top right corner > Archive.

Change the Map orientation

Choose to view the Map from top to bottom or left to right.

Export the Map

Export your Map as a png.

Zoom in, out and center your Map

Want to see more or less of your Map? Click the plus or minus button in the bottom left. If you've lost your place, simply click the square to recenter yourself.
