Data protection
First things first. Your data is protected by article 9 of our terms, and article 9.4 in particular:
"[...] Perdoo shall not use Customer Data — including any content, inputs, outputs, or metadata derived therefrom — for the training, development, improvement, or fine-tuning of any artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether operated by Perdoo itself or by any third party."
Enabling AI
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
To use our AI features, you must ensure that AI is enabled:
Go to Configure > Features
Check the box in front of 'AI'
Hit Save (at the bottom of the page)
Working with Spark (AI Agent)
Spark is currently in beta and only available on version 3.0. If you haven't upgraded to version 3.0 yet, please contact Support at support@perdoo.com.
Clicking Spark on the top right of your screen will open the Agent's sidepanel.
From this sidepanel, you can start working with Spark. The tools that it currently has available include:
Create, edit, and read all your strategies and goals.
Update progress for your goals.
Create, edit, and read your user/team/company reviews.
But every week, we’ll be adding new tools and capabilities.
Create Ultimate Goal with AI
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
In Strategy Map:
Click on the Ultimate Goal.
Click the star icon to generate the Ultimate Goal and Description.
Click Save.
Draft Strategies and Goals with AI
Click + Add goal or + Add sub goal (Home or Explore in Perdoo 3.0), or + Add goal (Team or User page).
Select Draft with AI.
Select Draft goals for: Company, Team, or Individual.
Select Goal type to draft: Strategic Pillars, KPIs, OKRs, or Initiatives.
If you've selected KPIs, OKRs, or Initiatives, choose what goal you'd like to align it to.
Add more information. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, choose the AI model and click 'Generate'.
Review the suggestions. You can edit the Timeframe, Team or Lead, or remove any suggestion with the trash can.
Select which suggestions you'd like to proceed with and click 'Import selected'.
Draft Key Results or Initiatives for Objectives with AI
After creating an Objective, open it then:
Click + Add > Suggest using AI:
Describe what you're aiming for. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, choose the AI model and click 'Generate'.
Review the suggestions. You can edit the Lead, or remove any suggestion with the trash can.
Select which suggestions you'd like to proceed with and click 'Import selected'.
Create Initiatives for Key Results with AI
After adding a Key Result, click on its 3 dot menu > Add > Suggest Initiatives using AI:
Describe what you're aiming for. The more context you provide, the better your suggestions will be. Once ready, choose the AI model and click 'Generate'.
Review the suggestions. You can edit the Lead, or remove any suggestion with the trash can.
Select which suggestions you'd like to proceed with and click 'Import selected'.
Draft progress update comments with AI
When submitting a progress update, you have the option to use AI to draft an update comment. Click 'Draft with AI' in the top right corner of the Comment field.
It will analyze the context, progress history, and sub-goals (if any). Then it will draft a brief update to explain what changed, why it changed, and possible next steps.
