It can happen that more than one team works on an OKR or KPI, which is why we allow you to share goals across multiple teams. A shared goal is a goal owned by more than one team.
How to create a shared OKR or KPI
When creating an Objective or KPI, simply select multiple teams under Owner.
Important notes:
You need to be a member of the team, Admin or Superadmin to be able to add it as an Owner.
The goals when then show on the respective Team pages, as well as be included in their performance stats.
