Share a goal when several teams work on it together. A shared goal shows on each team's page and counts toward each team's progress.

ℹ️ To add a team to a goal, you need to be a member of that team, an Admin, or a Superadmin.
Select more than one team in the Team field. You can do this when you add the goal, or later in the goal's People panel. See Choose the team.
Good to know
Can a shared goal have more than one Lead?
No. A goal always has one Lead. Add the people from the other teams as Contributors.
