Google Sheets integration

Pull data from Google sheets to automatically update your goals in Perdoo.

The Perdoo Google Sheets integration helps you auto-update progress for KPIs and OKRs from 1,000+ apps and data sources.

When creating or editing a KPI, Key Result, or Initiative in Perdoo, simply pick the cell that should update the value of the goal. Perdoo will then link the data to automatically update your goals.


Enabling the Google Sheets integration

ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.

How to integrate a KPI, Key Result, or Initiative with Google sheets

  1. When creating a KPI or Result, click on Advanced Options. If the goal already exists, you can edit from the details modal in the right side panel.

  2. Select Google Sheets under Integration.

  3. Select a Spreadsheet.

  4. Select a Sheet.

  5. Select a Cell.

  6. Click Save & Sync now.


Important notes

  • Perdoo will check once a day for any changes — between 12-1AM CET — and will update if a change has been made.

  • If you'd like to update the goal at anytime, you can open the integration and click "Save & Sync now".
