There are two levels of Objectives: Group (your team) or Company.

To add or draft (quarterly) team Objectives:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click on your Group profile

  2. Click on the + on the right

  3. Add a Name

  4. In Description, add answers to Why is it important? and Why is it urgent?

  5. Select the group that is the Owner

  6. Select a Lead

  7. Select Timeframe

  8. Select a reason for this Objective (to determine alignment)

  9. Add Contributors (optional)

  10. Add tags (optional)

  11. Saving it as a draft? Click the draft toggle. Read more on Draft OKRs.

  12. Click Save or Save & Add Result (if you're ready to add a Key Result or Initiative)

  • Once the Objective is created, you can edit any of the above using the 3-dot menu > Edit Objective (if your role permits).


To add or draft (quarterly, annual, 3-year, etc.) Company Objectives:

* NOTE: Only superadmins can add, edit, and update Company Objectives.

  1. From Roadmap or your Company page, click on the plus sign +

  2. The Objective creation modal will open.

  3. Under Name, add your Company Objective

  4. Add a thorough description to make it easier to understand.

  5. Verify the Company is marked as the Owner

  6. Select the CEO or an Executive as the Lead

  7. Confirm that the selected Timeframe is the correct one

  8. Add tags to classify your Objective (optional)

  9. Pick the Strategic Pillar that this Objective supports (if enabled)

  10. Saving it as a draft? Click the draft toggle. Read more on Draft OKRs.
