When setting goals across your organization, you need a way to identify and analyze those that are most important to you. In Goals, you can create custom, focused dashboards of goals across people, Groups, and timeframes.

Apply filters, hide columns, and save your views to easily revisit them later. With the charts view, you can quickly check how those goals are performing, to double-down on what's working, and course-correct where needed. Need to dive into the data further? You can export your results too.

Examples of use cases

1. View all the Objectives of your direct reports that are not progressing so well. As a team lead, you could check on each of your direct report's user profiles to see the progress of goals that they are leading. But in Goals you can see the Objectives of all your direct reports in one place.

Just apply the filters as shown below, selecting your direct reports' names under "Lead." You can save this view as My direct reports.
