In All goals, you can create your own custom reports of goals across people, teams, and timeframes. Apply filters, show/hide columns, and save your reports to easily revisit them later.

Applying filters in All goals

Choose from 3 tabs at the top of the page, depending on what you need analyzed: Objectives, Results (Key Results or Initiatives), or KPIs. Then choose from the following filter options:

Stage
Owner (choose from your Teams)
Lead (select one or more individual)
Progress (choose a % range)
Status
- Objectives: accomplished, achieved, canceled, missed, needs attention, no status, off track, on track, partially achieved, postponed
- Results: accomplished, needs attention, no status, off track, on track
- KPIs: on track or off track
Timeframe (past, current, or future)
Contributor (choose one or more individuals)
Tag (default or custom)
Aligned to (choose from your Strategic Pillars, OKRs or KPIs)
Creation date
Objective (in the Results tab)
Result type (choose Key Result or Initiative in the Results tab)
Outdated (choose yes or no in the Key Results & Initiatives or KPI tab)
Archived (choose yes or no in the Key Results & Initiatives or KPI tab)
Behind expected progress (choose a tolerance in the Key Results & Initiatives tab)
Start date after (choose a date in the Key Results & Initiatives tab)

Rearrange columns in All goals

Move columns to the left or right, or hide them completely, to export your data exactly how you want it. Click on the arrow in the title of each column to view your options for rearranging and sorting columns:

Have a question or want to engage in a conversation about a goal? Easily reply to the Last update comment.

Examples of use cases

1. View all the Objectives of your direct reports that are not progressing so well. As a team lead, you could check on each of your direct report's user profiles to see the progress of goals that they are leading. But in All goals you can see the Objectives of all your direct reports in one place.

Just apply the filters as shown below, selecting your direct reports' names under "Lead." You can save this report as My direct reports.

2. Identify Key Results at risk across teams. Key Results represent the quantitative validation that you've achieved your goal, the Objective. It's important to identify which Key Results need attention in order to deploy the help and support to bring them back on track. Just apply the filters as shown below and save this report as Key Results at risk.

3. Ensure all your KPIs are in Perdoo and on track. KPIs represent your business as usual, so it's important that they are tracked in Perdoo in order to ensure they stay healthy. Confirm that all KPIs across the organization are accounted for by seeing them all in Goals and then monitor their health by status.

4. Want to see all Objectives aligned to a specific Objective or Strategic Pillar? Simply choose the Objective or Strategic Pillar and include sub-goals to make sure progress is moving in the right direction.
