Perdoo integrates with Factorial to help you seamlessly import and automatically sync your employee data.

ℹ️ Available on Supreme.

ℹ️ Only Superadmins can access this feature within the account.

Synchronization of employee data

What data is synched

The employee data covered in the synchronization is listed below:

  • first name

  • last name

  • email

  • job title

  • department i.e. Team in Perdoo

  • supervisor i.e. manager in Perdoo

  • status i.e. active or archived in Perdoo

Any changes to this data will be reflected in Perdoo once the sync runs.

The synchronization will add any employees and teams that exist in Factorial that have not yet been added to Perdoo.

When the data is synched

  • automatic sync runs every 2 hours

  • manually sync runs whenever the 'Update' button is manually clicked

When an employee is terminated

When an employee is terminated in Factorial, they automatically lose access to Perdoo. If a termination date is set, the termination will only come into effect in the first sync after the termination date has passed (based on “terminated_on” in the Factorial API).

Configuration steps

1. Get your API token from Factorial

2. Go to Perdoo>Integrations> HRIS and click on the Factorial card

3. Enter your API token, toggle the settings and select the default role for newly imported users to set up the configuration. Hit Save once complete.

Once the integration is added, the page will include:

  • synchronization status: the last time it was synchronized and whether it was successful or not

  • update button: to manually run the import

  • settings button: to edit the integration details

  • deactivate button: to disconnect the integration
