Perdoo integrates with BambooHR to help you seamlessly import and automatically sync your employee data.
Synchronization of employee data
What data is synced
The employee data covered in the synchronization is listed below:
first name
last name
email
job title
department i.e. Team in Perdoo
supervisor i.e. manager in Perdoo
status i.e. active or archived in Perdoo
Any changes to this data will be reflected in Perdoo once the sync runs.
The synchronization will add any employees and departments that exist in Bamboo HR that have not yet been added to Perdoo.
When the data is synced
automatic sync runs every 2 hours
manually sync runs whenever the 'Update' button is manually clicked
Configuration steps
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
In Bamboo HR, go to > API keys
Add a new API key for Perdoo
In Perdoo, go to Configure > Integrations > Bamboo HR. Click View details.
Enter your domain, API key, select the settings and select the default role for newly imported users to set up the configuration. Click Save.
Once the integration is added, the page will look like this:
Last synchonrized: the last time it was synchronized and whether it was successful or not.
Update button: to manually run the import.
Settings button: to edit the integration details.
Deactivate button: to disconnect the integration.
