It can happen that more than one team works on a Strategic Pillar, OKR, or KPI, which is why we allow you to share goals across multiple teams. A shared goal is a goal owned by more than one team.
How to create a shared Strategic Pillar, OKR or KPI
When creating a Strategic Pillar, Objective, or KPI, simply select multiple teams under Team.
IMPORTANT:
You need to be a member of the team, Admin or Superadmin to be able to add it as the Team.
The goals when then show on the respective Team pages, as well as be included in their performance stats.
