It can happen that more than one team works on a Strategic Pillar, OKR, or KPI, which is why we allow you to share goals across multiple teams. A shared goal is a goal owned by more than one team.
How to create a shared Strategic Pillar, OKR or KPI
When creating a Strategic Pillar, Objective, or KPI, simply select multiple teams under Team.
IMPORTANT:
You need to be a member of the team, an Admin, or a Superadmin to be able to add it as the Team.
The goals will then show on the respective Team pages, as well as be included in their performance stats.
