Initiatives are the high-level projects or tasks that impact your bigger goals.

Company OKRs don't need to include Key Results or Initiatives, they're usually found at the Team level. However, you may choose to allow everyone to add Initiatives to Company OKRs.

OKRs at Company level can only be modified by Superadmins or by adding each user as a Contributor so you have 2 options:

  • One thing you could do is add these initiatives as sub-okrs rather than Initiatives. From a methodology perspective, teams would typically create OKRs aligned to Company ones to signal how they'll be supporting the OKR.

  • Or you can create a Team called Company and add all employees to that Team, as well as add all Company OKRs under that Team. The downside of doing it this way is that Company OKRs won't "live" under the Company page.
