Change your password

Forgot your password or need to change it?

To change your password, go to Personal settings > Change password. You'll be asked for your old password and new password.

Forgot your password? To reset your password, head to the Forgot Password page and request a password reset. Perdoo will then send an automated email to you with a link to reset your password.

*IMPORTANT:

  • If your company has strict-authentication enabled SSO, you cannot log in with email/password. Use your email address to sign in here.

  • If a password was never set for the account, as with user invite flow interruptions, a new invitation is necessary (resetting a password won't work). Ask a Superadmin to send a new invitation link. Invitation emails are valid for 30 days.

  • If you receive the error "Expired Signature. The token signature has expired. Please obtain a new one." it means the link is not from the latest email. You'll need to request another reset email again and follow the link in the newest email.

  • If you get the message that "an unknown error occurred" when you try to reset your password, please contact us at support@perdoo.com.

  • When resetting your password, if the button in your email doesn't work, try copying and pasting the URL link found in the email into your web browser:

  • If you've never activated your account, Superadmins can resend an invitation link by clicking on the Users list and simply copying the invitation link beside the person's name to send it.
