To change your password, go to Personal settings > Change password. You'll be asked for your old password and new password.
Forgot your password? To reset your password, head to the Forgot Password page and request a password reset. Perdoo will then send an automated email to you with a link to reset your password.
*IMPORTANT:
If a password was never set for the account, as with user invite flow interruptions, a new invitation is necessary (resetting a password won't work). Ask a Superadmin to send a new invitation link. Invitation emails are valid for 30 days.
If you receive the error "Expired Signature. The token signature has expired. Please obtain a new one." it means the link is not from the latest email. You'll need to request another reset email again and follow the link in the newest email.
If you get the message that "an unknown error occurred" when you try to reset your password, please contact us at support@perdoo.com.
When resetting your password, if the button in your email doesn't work, try copying and pasting the URL link found in the email into your web browser:
If you've never activated your account, Superadmins can resend an invitation link by clicking on the Users list and simply copying the invitation link beside the person's name to send it.
