Adding your coworkers to Perdoo is very simple. You can invite individual users, or add them in bulk using .csv or our API. Below we'll run through how to add individuals.
Who should you add to Perdoo?
Anyone participating in your OKR program should be a user in Perdoo. Depending on how you're defining your program, especially if they'll:
Lead an OKR
Own Initiatives
Lead KPIs
Be accountable for results
Update progress
Transparency is important to get everyone aligned. Although not everyone will participate directly, our experience has shown that companies that provide access to all employees are successful with strategy execution. To support this, we offer View-only licenses.
Land and expand
Start by first adding the Executive team that will create Company OKRs along with the people who will be administrating the account. Once they understand both OKRs and Perdoo, you can continue with the rollout.
Learning OKR and adopting a new tool takes time, so we recommend to gradually invite users instead of massively inviting everyone. Start with Executives, then move to Team leads (or choose 2 or 3 teams to begin with), and then continue in batches until you've covered the entire organization.
Add a user and invite them
Click on the + icon next to 'My colleagues' in the Profiles nested sidebar, go to the Users list, or click on your avatar in the top right corner.
Click on + Add user.
Add email (mandatory) and personal details (optional but recommended).
Select a role (View-only (if purchased), Standard, Admin, or Superadmin).
Team leads should have Admin rights. Team members should have Standard rights.Did you already create the Team? Select the Team this user belongs to. Alternatively, type the name of the Team here to create it.
If you don't want the user to access Perdoo immediately, keep Send invite as 'Yes', but if you choose 'No', you can send the invite at a later point.
Accept the Terms of Service.
Hit Save.
To set the user as the Team lead, go to the Teams list and edit the Team they should lead.
*IMPORTANT:
Invited users count as billable licenses.
You can also add and invite users when creating Teams or goals. Simply enter their email into the relevant field eg. goal "lead" or Team "member."
An email address can only be associated with one Perdoo account. If the user you are trying to add already has their own account, the previous account must be deleted in order to add the same email address with the company account. The user needs to go to Configure > General and click 'To delete your Perdoo account, submit your request here'. It's not possible to merge information from one account into another account. Adding the user will not carry over the information associated with it.
Add a user without inviting them
There will be times when you want to add users into Perdoo, but not invite them yet. This is especially the case when you're first setting up your Perdoo account, or when you're setting new employees up for onboarding.
💡 Pro tip: Invited/Reserved users will not get email notifications when they are assigned a Lead (to an Objective, Key Result, or Initiative) or added to a Team.
To add a user without inviting them, follow the above steps, but simply change the Send invite option to No:
The user will then be added but their Status will show as Reserved:

Every time you see a user with Reserved status, it means they haven't activated their account yet. If you're ready to ask them to join Perdoo:
Go to the Users list.
Select the user by checking the box beside their name.
Click on the dropdown menu at the top or the 3-dot menu on the right.
Select Send invitation.
Mass invite Reserved users
To invite several Reserved users in one go:
Go to the Users list.
Sort by Status.
Select all users you'd like to invite into Perdoo.
Click on the dropdown menu at the top.
Select Send Invitation.
How billing works for additional users
You can simply add more Premium or Supreme users directly in-app per the steps above. Our billing system will then automatically take care of the rest.
When you add additional users during your contract term (more users than what you've already paid for), you will receive a prorated charge for those users. For example, if you purchased an annual contract for 10 users starting on January 1, and you subsequently add 10 more users on July 1, you will then receive a prorated charge for those additional 10 users for the 6 remaining months in your contract. Your entire contract, including the additional users, will renew on January 1.

Send invitation to Reserved user
Every time you see a user with Reserved status, it means they haven't activated their account yet. If you're ready to ask them to join Perdoo:
Go to the Users list.
Select the user by checking the box beside their name.
Click on the dropdown menu at the top or the 3-dot menu on the right.
Select Send invitation.
Mass invite Reserved users
To invite several Reserved users in one go:
Go to the Users list.
Sort by Status.
Select all users you'd like to invite into Perdoo.
Click on the dropdown menu at the top.
Select Send Invitation.

Resend invitation link
If you've already invited a user and they haven't activated their account, you can resend the invitation:
Go to the Users list.
Search for the user you'd like to invite again.
Click on the dropdown menu above or the 3-dot menu on the right.
Select Send invitation.

Alternatively, if the invitation hasn't expired, you can also click Copy invite link from there and send it to them directly:
