Notifications can be set at the Company or individual level: you first determine notifications at the Company level but individuals can also further determine certain personal notification settings.

At the Company level, go to Configure > General tab > Notifications. It'll look like this:

At the individual level, go to Personal settings (top-right corner where your avatar is) > Notifications tab. It'll look like this:
