In terms of exporting data, through Goals you can export snapshot data as a CSV for each goal type: Objectives, Results (Key Results and Initiatives), and KPIs.
If you'd like historical data for Key Results, Initiatives, or KPIs, you can export this information individually through the POT (Progress Over Time) graphs. You can find more information here.
Alternatively, you can also export historical data through the API. You can find more information here.
