Perdoo is located in Berlin, Germany so we're subject to and compliant with GDPR, including our technical and organizational measures (TOMs).
Superadmins can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) via Configure > Access & Privacy tab > under Data Processing Agreement, select Request DPA. The DPA request is free.
* NOTE: SCCs (Standard Contractual Clauses) are included in the DPAs of our USA-based sub-processors.
