If you're having issues logging into your account, here are some tips to help you troubleshoot:

  • If your company enabled SSO, use your email address to sign in here.

  • Try resetting your password by click on the Forgot password? link on the login page.

  • If a password was never set for the account, as with user invite flow interruptions, a new invitation is necessary (resetting a password won't work). Ask a Superadmin to send a new invitation link. Invitation emails are valid for 30 days.

  • Superadmins can resend an invitation link by clicking on Configure in the left-hand sidebar. In the Users tab, you'll find a list of users. Simply copy the invitation link beside the person's name and send it again.

  • Make sure to disable pop-up blockers, as they could be preventing the SSO window from opening for you.

  • If you get the message that "an unknown error occurred" when you try to reset your password, please contact us.
