If you're having issues logging into your account, here are some tips to help you troubleshoot:
If your company enabled SSO, use your email address to sign in.
Try resetting your password by click on the Forgot password? link on the login page.
If a password was never set for the account, as with user invite flow interruptions, a new invitation is necessary (resetting a password won't work). Ask a Superadmin to send a new invitation link. Invitation emails are valid for 30 days.
Superadmins can resend an invitation link by clicking on Configure in the left-hand sidebar. In the Users tab, you'll find a list of users. Simply copy the invitation link beside the person's name and send it again.
If you get the message that "an unknown error occurred" when you try to reset your password, please contact us.
