Manage your subscription and billing yourself in Perdoo. Update your payment method or billing address, download invoices, or buy extra View-only licenses and Coaching.
Open your subscription
Go to Configure > Company details.
Under Manage subscription, click Edit subscription (1).
In your subscription, you can:
See your current subscription.
Buy View-only licenses or Coaching.
Edit your account information.
Edit your billing and shipping addresses.
Add or change a payment method.
Download invoices from your billing history.
Good to know
Which users count toward my licenses?
Active, Invited, and Reserved users all count toward your user licenses. See Users.
What happens to my bill when I archive a user?
If you're above your minimum number of licenses, you get a prorated credit note, which is applied to your next charges automatically. If you're below your minimum, the license becomes free for a new user.
Where do I find Perdoo's bank details?
On your invoices. Download them from your billing history.
