ℹ️ Available on all plans.
Explore shows all your goals in one place. Look at them as a Cascade (a list with their alignment), a Map, or a Board, and filter them to find exactly what you need. Save the result as a custom view, so you can open it again with one click.
Find your way around Explore
Go to Explore in the main menu. The sidebar lists the default views, the views shared with everyone, and the views only you can see. At the top of a view, you find:
+ (1): Add a new view.
Stage (2): Show Active, Draft, Closed, or Archived goals.
Export (3): Export the view as a CSV, PDF, or PowerPoint file.
Settings (4): Change the View type, Group by, Filters, Sort, Sort Direction, and Columns.
+ Add goal (5): Add a goal, Strategic Pillar, or KPI.
Create a custom view
In the sidebar, click + next to Only visible to you or Shared views.
Enter a Name and choose the View type: Cascade, Map, or Board.
To share the view with everyone in your company, turn on Make available to other users.
Click Save.
Set the filters, sorting, and columns you want, and save your changes.
Important
You can't edit the default views, but you can create your own view based on them.
When you change the filters of a view you created, you can save the changes or save them as a new view.
To reorder your views, click the kebab menu next to a view and select Move up or Move down.
To group views in a folder, click the folder icon next to Shared views.
Filter a view
Click Settings at the top right of the view and select Filters.
Choose your filters. You can select several values for each filter.
You can filter by Goal name, Stage, Timeframe, Created date after, Start date after, Due date before, Goal type, Teams, Aligned to, Lead, Contributors, Tags, Status, Outdated, Update frequency, Progress, and Behind expected progress. For Teams and Aligned to, you can include sub-teams and sub-goals.
Under Always show, you choose whether the view always shows your Strategic Pillars.

Use the zoom controls (3) to zoom in, zoom out, or center the Map.

To set up your strategy in the Map, see Ultimate Goal and Strategic Pillars.

The Board view shows how a set of goals performs over time, with their actual values and targets per period. It's ideal for KPIs.
Choose Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual periods (1).
Click Today or use the arrows (2) to move between periods.
Click a value (3) to add a progress update for that period.
