In Perdoo, only one person can Lead a Result (Key Result or Initiative).
Let's take our car analogy once again, where you're driving towards your Ultimate Goal, with your KPIs as your car's dashboard, and your OKRs as your waypoints along the way. In this scenario, the reality is that ultimately only one person will be driving.
So while the driver may have passengers with them that are contributing to the journey, maybe helping navigate, changing the music, etc., ultimately the driver is responsible for the progress made.
Acknowledge your passengers by adding them as Contributors. That way, they can participate in the ride by adding Initiatives to your goals.
