What is the best practice for using Initiatives as to-do lists?

In short, Initiatives are your outputs: the projects or tasks you complete in hopes of making an impact on your Key Result.

With that said, can Initiatives be used as to-do lists? We recommend keeping Initiatives reserved for high-level projects and using the task list for the more granular components. You may also already be using some kind of project management software, as they specialize more in day-to-day task management.

At Perdoo, we bridge the strategy and execution gap. So you can, of course, get granular, but our recommendation is to keep it high level.
