That depends. You could clone, move, or keep your Q1 OKRs. To help you deicide which makes sense for you, reflect on each OKR:
What did you want to achieve?
What did you learn?
What have you decided based on these learnings?
First, in terms of Q2 goals, make sure you set up the cadence and timeframe so it's available.
Then, you could draft your OKRs and activate them once they're finalized.
