How can I cancel my subscription?

We're always sad to hear the news that you'd like to unsubscribe or deactivate your account.

To cancel your subscription, either:

1. Go to Configure > Billing Information > Submit your request (Superadmins only):

2. Email support@perdoo.com (or use the in-app chat on the bottom right of your screen) and we'll provide next steps.

* NOTE: For any requested changes, we must be notified at least 30 days prior to your renewal date, per the requirements in our Terms of service.
