As an Admin or Superadmin, you can edit users in 2 ways:
From their profile page:
Use global search to find the user.
On the user profile, use the pencil icon in the header next to their name.
Edit User information.
Or from the Users list:
Go to left navigation bar: Users > Click on the user's 3-dot menu > Edit user > Save.
