Working with a different framework than OKR (e.g. 4DX, Balanced Scorecard, EOS, or OGSM)? You can choose which framework you use and Perdoo will adjust the terminology accordingly. You can also create your own custom terms.
Choosing a different framework
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
To choose a different goal framework or terminology, go to Configure > Framework.
Perdoo OS will be selected by default with Ultimate Goal, Strategic Pillar, KPI, Objective (OKR), Key Result and Initiative. You can also disable Strategic Pillars and/or KPIs.
You also have the option to choose the following:
4DX: Mission & Vision, Strategic Pillar, KPI, WIG, Lag Measure, Lead Measure
Balanced Scorecard: Mission & Vision, Perspective, KPI, Objective, Measure, Initiative
OGSM: Mission & Vision, Strategic Pillar, KPI, Objective, Goal, Strategy
EOS: Vision, Strategy, KPI, Rock, Measurable, Task
Custom: Define your own terminology so you can change one or more of the following terms: Ultimate Goal, Strategic Pillar, KPI, Objective, Key Result, Initiative, OKR
The framework selected will apply throughout Perdoo to all features in the platform.
