From any profile page, you will find a high-level overview of the Objectives owned by that user, Team, or Company.
Select Show KRs & Initiatives in the top-right corner to see an Objective's details:
From there, you will find an expanded view:
Because Key Results drive an Objective's progress (and Initiatives do not), you may want to see Key Results only and hide Initiatives. To do this:
Click on Show KRs & Initiatives
Then filter your Results by Key Results only
