KPIs are not automatically added to a KPI Board. Unless you add a KPI, you won't see it on the Board.
When adding a KPI to the Board, you have the option of adding an existing KPI (that already belongs to the Company or to a Group/team) or creating a new KPI:
๐ก Pro tip: If you're updating your values automatically using our Google Sheets integration, make sure to choose Add Existing KPI. You'd then input the KPI ID from the Company/Group into the Sheet to sync the updates across the platform.
