We recommend communicating Company OKRs and strategy to the entire organization at the beginning of the year in an All-Hands meeting (or any other form of communication that works for your organization).

As for team OKRs, that typically depends on the size of your organization. If you're a small- to medium-sized organization, sharing team or department goals alongside your company goals can be manageable. However, if you're a slightly larger organization, it may be more reasonable to have departmental or team meetings to share quarterly goals and focus.

Every new quarter, it's good to have an All-Hands to reflect on the past quarter's learnings, and communicate the new quarter's focus. It's also an opportunity to provide teams with a brief update on Company OKRs & KPIs to maintain transparency and ensure everyone is on the same page.
