Sometimes you have a Key Result where you want to reduce a number so you want the KR to be behind if progress is above the baseline.

To do this, just put the end value lower than the starting value and Perdoo does the rest.

According to best practices, you can have a decreasing target, even if it appears "inefficient" or "negative."

As an example, you can have a KR of Decrease First Reply Time from 40 to 20 minutes where your start value is 40 and your target value is 20:
