When it comes to updating Initiatives, the platform offers the flexibility to reflect what feels most natural for you and the team:
One option is to do 0/1, to measure whether the Initiative is done or it's not.
Or you can do 0 to 100%. This is useful if it's a multi-step process or larger project and you want to track the progress towards completion. This progress is often subjective and that's okay. Here, the qualitative updates you provide via Check-in comments provide context.
Alternatively, if you had an Initiative to write 5 blog posts, you can track it 0/5 to keep track of individual outputs.
