Link an existing meeting to a calendar event

  1. Go to Meetings and click Calendar integration.

  2. Under Upcoming meetings, find the event. Linked events have a green check mark.

Important

  • Only the meeting organizer in Perdoo can link a meeting.

  • The meeting in Perdoo must have exactly the same name as the calendar event.

Change a linked meeting

Reschedule or cancel a linked meeting in your calendar, not in Perdoo. Click View linked event in the meeting to open the event.

Perdoo syncs your calendar once a day, at midnight CET. To see a change right away, the meeting organizer can click Sync now.

Unlink a calendar event

In the meeting, click the kebab menu next to the scheduling settings and select Delete.
