An Objective's progress can be based on either its Key Result or its Aligned OKRs — depending on what the Progress driver is set to.

Initiatives can never drive progress for an Objective, but you can easily convert an Initiative to a Key Result if you do want it to drive progress for the Objective.

If you want aligned OKRs to drive progress for your Objective, you must make sure that Allow Aligned OKRs to drive progress is enabled in Configure > Features > Goal management.

Note that you need Superadmin to access Configure.
