Add Team Reviews to summarize the key takeaways for the month to the rest of the organization.
Encouraging a habit of reflecting on progress and achievements is a proven way to achieve more goals, while also cultivating transparency and nurturing collaboration.
Submit Team Review from your Home
Only Team Leads will see a blue button 'Add Review' on their Home:
This will open a modal with a side panel that contains the Team's Goals and Progress reports so you have access to this information while filling out your form.
The Review button will only be visible on Home during the update window (from when the reminder email is sent until the end of the grace period). If you've missed the deadline, you can retroactively submit your Team Review by going to the Progress reports tab on your Team page, selecting the month or cycle and clicking 'Add Team Review'.
To retroactively submit your Team Review
If you were only out for part of the time or simply forgot to submit your Team Review, you can retroactively add your Team Review.
Navigate to the Progress reports tab on your Team page.
Click on the cycle where you didn't submit your Team Review.
Click Add Review, fill it out and Save.
Any team member can also submit the Team Review any time here as well.
