You can add users into the system in "reserved" status, meaning, they haven't been invited into the system yet. Once you're ready to invite an individual, you can easily do this by:

  1. Click on Configure
  2. Select Users
  3. Search for the user you're ready to invite
  4. Click on the menu  on the right
  5. Select Send invitation

If you'd like to batch invite reserved users, you can simply:

  1. Click on Configure
  2. Select Users
  3. Sort by Status
  4. Click on the the box on the left to select the entire table (deselect any users that don't apply)
  5. Click on the menu on the right
  6. Select Send Invitation

Note: Reserved users are counted as an active license.
