Initiatives are all the projects, milestones that you need to produce in order to push progress of your Key Results.
To add Initiatives:
- Go to your Group profile.
- From the OKR you wish to add an Initiative click on the menu icon.
- Select Add Initiative.
- In the pop up, add a title
- Search and type for the person who will own this Initiative.
- Click Submit.
Note: The Initiative Owners will find this Initiative added to their profile page.
*Keep in mind you can only add Initiative to the teams that you belong to.
