Initiatives are all the projects, milestones that you need to produce in order to push progress of your Key Results.

To add Initiatives:

  1. Go to your Group profile.
  2. From the OKR you wish to add an Initiative click on the menu icon.
  3. Select Add Initiative.
  4. In the pop up, add a title
  5. Search and type for the person who will own this Initiative.
  6. Click Submit.

Note: The Initiative Owners will find this Initiative added to their profile page.

*Keep in mind you can only add Initiative to the teams that you belong to.
