Sometimes, you'll find that a Group in an Organization has different branches (E.g: Engineering having Front-End and Back-End; Sales department having Sales Europe and Sales America, etc). Sub-Groups allow you to easily reflect your Team's structure.

In order to do this, first create all groups and sub-groups. Once everything has been created, you can easily link your sub-group to your main groups by following the next steps:

  1. Click on Configure
  2. Select Groups.
  3. From the Group that you wish to parent the Sub-Group from, click on the menu icon.
  4. From the pop up menu, search and select the Sub-Group you wish to connect.
  5. Click Submit. 

Note: If you wish to see if a Group has any sub-group connected to it, from the Group's Profile, click on the details tab.
