Who contributes in Company Objectives?

Everyone in the Company contributes on accomplishing Company Objectives in different ways. Once Company Objectives have been established, Group Leaders sit down with their team members and brainstorm about what OKRs should be set up for their specific departments to support the accomplishment of the Company Objectives. Once decided, roles and responsibilities are distributed amongst all team members: the OKR Lead (typically the Group Leader), will make sure Key Result progresses and the OKR Contributors will help through Initiatives.
