Adding Company level Objectives is one of the first steps when setting up your OKR Framework. To Add Company Objectives:
- Go to Company
- On the Company Profile, click on
- In the pop up write the Objective.
- Set your Company as the Owner of the Objective.
- Press ADD OBJECTIVE.
Note: Best practice is to set annual Company Objectives, meaning they will be active across all quarters. You may do so by adding a start & end date to the Objective and an annual Tag to easily identify it.
