Connect Perdoo to 5000+ apps with Zapier!

Zapier lets you connect Perdoo to 5,000+ other apps and web services. Automated connections called Zaps — set up in minutes with no coding — can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap has one app (eg, Perdoo) as the Trigger, where your information comes from and which causes one or more Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.

The options that our Zapier integration offers are limitless. You can automate any process that must run when a new goal, 1:1 Action Item, user, or team is created in your Perdoo account. Or you can integrate any other app on Zapier to let it automatically update progress for a goal (Key Result, Initiative, or KPI) or 1:1 Action Item in Perdoo.

Getting started with Zapier

If you don't have a Zapier account already, you can create a free account here. The Free plan includes 100 tasks per month — enough to get started at zero cost!

How to connect Perdoo to Zapier

  1. Log in to your Zapier account or create a new account.

  2. Navigate to "My Apps" from the top menu bar.

  3. Click on "Connect a new account..." and search for "Perdoo"

  4. Create a new API Token in your Perdoo account:

    1. Add a Token name (eg, Zapier)

    2. Click "Generate"

  5. Use your API Token to connect your Perdoo account to Zapier.

You are now ready to start using our Zapier integration! Use a pre-made Zap or create your own with the Zap Editor. Creating a Zap requires no coding knowledge and you'll be walked step-by-step through the setup.

Popular use cases

  • Create custom (email) notifications which aren't covered yet by your personal notifications. For example:

    • If a new user or team is created in your Perdoo account.

    • If a new goal (Objective, Key Result, Initiative, or KPI) is created.

      • You will get notified when you are assigned as the lead, but otherwise not.

  • Integrate with Google Tasks or Outlook Tasks. For example:

    • New Initiatives in Perdoo can automatically be added in Google/Outlook Tasks.

    • When you complete a task in Google/Outlook Tasks it can automatically update the corresponding Initiative in Perdoo.
