  3. Invite your team

  4. Add your OKRs

  5. Keep track of business as usual with KPIs

Then, use the following steps as a check list for your Executive team:

○ Update your Ultimate Goal

○ Decide on Strategic Pillars

○ Determine Timeframes and Cadences

○ Set annual Company OKRs

○ Review Groups and Subgroups and add Leads

○ Determine Company KPIs and Group KPIs

○ Review current key metrics and set monthly targets

○ Launch Company goals with senior leadership (also see our OKR Guide)

○ Senior leadership to decide on quarterly OKRs

○ Train senior leadership team in Perdoo (product and walkthrough video)

○ Review quarterly OKRs with executive and leadership teams and check for:

  • alignment

  • aspiration (Objectives)

  • meaningful and measurable metrics (Key Results)
