If there has been a merger, or many users who have left the company recently, and you need to archive users in bulk: go to Configure > expand the results to 100, and multi-select to archive.
An alternative would be to use the API. First, to get access to our API documentation, please contact us. Then, simply send data>attributes> is_active = false to mark the users as archived.
* NOTE: Archived users do not count toward user licences.
