There are a few reasons you might not be able to add or save your KPI:

  1. At both the Group and Company levels, there is a 6 KPI maximum. By limiting the number of KPIs, you're able to really focus. KPIs can always be broken down into more granular metrics, but the intention is to add those high-level metrics that truly communicate how you're doing.

    * NOTE: There are no limits to the number of KPIs that you can add to a Strategic Pillar.

  2. Make sure you're selecting an Owner of the KPI. This is a required field so your KPI won't be saved without it. You can do this when you edit or create the KPI:
