Remain focused on achieving your goals. With Check-ins, you can update all your goals at once, to save time, be a better team-mate, and boost goal attainment.
Spend just three minutes each week to check in, add Reflections, keep everyone informed, and frequently monitor your goals and reprioritize where needed.

To Check-in and update all your goals at once
From sidebar (or from your Home page), click on the Check in button.
Add Reflections by answering questions about what you've worked on and will work on (customizable).
Click on Update beside each Key Result, Initiative, or KPI you're leading.
Enter a New value, New status, and Comment (optional).
Click Done (Update will turn into Drafted).
Click on blue Check in button at the bottom right-hand corner to submit your drafts in batch.
To snooze a goal in Check-in
If you've not yet started work on a Result (Key Results or Initiative), select Start later (bell icon) to postpone it.
Choose to snooze the Check-in for: 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or a Custom date.
Click on Check in at the bottom right-hand corner.
* NOTE: If you're a Contributor to an OKR but don't lead a goal (Key Result, Initiative, or KPI), then it will not appear in your Check-in. This is because you don't have a goal that you're individually responsible for updating.
To restore your Check-in streak
We understand that you may miss your Check-in if you're out of the office on holiday, sick-leave, etc. We also don't want this to be a reason that you lose your streak!
To restore your streak, you'll find the below message on your Home screen.
It will bring you to the Check-in tab on your Profile page where you can confirm that you were Out of office and it will then count the week(s) in your Check-in streak.
*You can mark up to 4 Check-ins as Out of office to maintain your streak.
