Key Performance Indicators or KPI's are measurements that help you determine how your team is performing around it's core responsibilities. 

To add KPI's first make sure you enable them for your Group. Once enabled:

  1. From your Group profile, click on the plus button on the top right
  2. Select Add KPI
  3. From the pop up, add the Metric name, metric unit and current value
  4. Click Submit
