Everyone at the Company contributes to accomplishing Company Objectives in different ways. Once Company Objectives have been established, Team Leads sit down with their team members and brainstorm what OKRs should be set up for their specific departments to support the accomplishment of the Company Objectives. Once decided, roles and responsibilities are distributed amongst all team members: the OKR Lead (typically the Team Lead), will make sure the Key Result progresses and Initiative owners will help through working on projects dedicated to the goal.
