If you were out of office or unable to submit your User Review by the deadline, you have 2 options.
To mark a User Review as 'Out of office' and restore your streak
If you were out for the entire cycle, out of office aka 'OOO' in Perdoo allows you to skip a User Review and correct your streak if you're not at work (and therefore unable to submit your User Review).
Navigate to the Progress reports tab on your Profile.
Scroll to the cycle where you were OOO and click on the 'Out of office?' link.
Click Confirm.
To retroactively submit your User Review
If you were only out of the office for part of the time or simply forgot to submit your User Review, you can retroactively add your User Review.
Navigate to the Progress reports tab on your Profile.
Click on the cycle where you didn't submit your User Review.
Click Add Review, fill it out and Submit.
