On the Map, if there's a discrepancy between your parent Objective's progress and its child or aligned Objective's progress, first hover over the card to see how your progress is calculated:

More often that not, this discrepancy is because of the way progress is configured.

​Flexible Objective progress calculation allows you to choose how your progress is calculated on an Objective basis: either Key Results only or aligned Objectives only.

To fix this, edit your parent Objective so that progress is calculated based on aligned Objectives:
